Overview
Ainomori (靛之森) is a magical forest at the edge of the world, cloaked in eternal indigo light. Here there are no marks of time — only the flowing of feeling. At the forest’s heart stands the sky-reaching sacred tree, the Sacred Tree Titan, mother of the forest and the source of all living power within it.
Geography
Ainomori is a vast land encompassing many distinct terrains and regions:
Heart of the Forest · Sacred Tree Titan
At the very center of the forest stands the great sacred tree, Titan. Her branches stretch beyond the clouds, and blue points of light shimmer among her canopy. This is the energy core of the entire forest.
Owl Temple
Situated at the farthest edge of Ainomori — so far that even the indigo light barely reaches. This is the homeland of Toba Rana.
Mount Danatus
A volcanic mountain range shrouded in perpetual twilight. This is Yoruro’s domain.
Irlan
The sacred tech land of Ainomori, where the secret corps to which Tensi belongs is stationed.
Guledi Royal Academy of Magic
The academy where Kujira teaches, dedicated to the art of motion magic.
Other Regions
The forest also contains snowy mountains, cherry blossom groves, rivers, and deserts — many areas remain yet to be fully recorded.
Calendar
Ainomori uses the “Forest Calendar” as its system of reckoning. The correspondence between Forest Years and common era years is: Forest Year 5050 = 2020 CE.
